this week's workout
It's always a mystery at the beginning of the week deciding just exactly which exercises I want to focus on. There are so many exercises, and so many variations. Sometimes it just flows. And sometimes, like today, I am stuck.
My objective: target all the major areas of the body, incorporate a variety of types of movement{ie: stretching & strengthing, flexion & extension, rotation}, use a new selection of exercises so my clients don't get bored, and create fluid transitions so the class makes sense and feels right.

As a Realtor in this rugged economy, I’ve had to eliminate a lot of things from my life - like having my nails done, eating out and having my house cleaned just to name a few. But, there’s one thing I absolutely won’t give up and that’s my Pilates classes!
With my husband, Bill, being retired, with us losing over 40% of our 401K last year, and working in a real estate market that was down 15% from the previous year, we had to make some changes. However, the one constant in my life that I want to and need to continue is Pilates.

well done mr. forseyth
The first time I saw this was by Ballet West, I was in highschool. I loved it immediately because it was something different, without vearing too far away from all the things I loved about ballet.
This piece is absolutely brilliant. And oh yeah, Sylvie Guillem is pretty awesome too.
